Terms and Conditions of Service

Welcome to ServiceBridge. By accessing or using our website and integrated shop, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with a purchase or booking.

1. General Information

The website www.servicebridge.ai (referred to as "the Site") is operated by ServiceBridge, a brand of BZ & Partners GmbH, based in Vaduz, Liechtenstein. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Site and all integrated services, including the purchase of professional training workshops and the booking of strategic consultations.


2. Eligibility

By using the Site and our integrated shop, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and are acting in a professional capacity (B2B) or have the necessary corporate authority to bind your organization to these terms.


3. Services and Training

  • Professional Training & Workshops: ServiceBridge offers specialized bootcamps and masterclasses. All sessions are subject to availability and minimum participant requirements.
  • Success Guarantee: Participants who do not feel they achieved the published course objectives have the option to repeat the workshop content once within 12 months, free of charge, provided there are available places in a scheduled session.
  • Consultation & Advisory: Strategic AI and engineering consultations booked via the Site represent a commitment to service. Detailed project scopes for long-term engagements are governed by separate Statements of Work (SOW).
  • Modifications: We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service or workshop curriculum at any time to ensure the content remains aligned with the latest technological advancements.


4. Prices and Payments

  • Currency: All prices are listed in CHF (Swiss Francs) unless otherwise specified.
  • VAT: Prices are subject to applicable VAT based on the location of service delivery and the tax residency of the customer. Educational services provided in Switzerland/Liechtenstein may be exempt from VAT; ServiceBridge reserves the right to apply VAT where legally required.
  • Security: Payments are processed securely through third-party providers integrated into our Worldsoft system. ServiceBridge does not store your credit card or sensitive payment information.


5. Service Delivery & Execution

  • Workshops: Following a successful purchase, you will receive a digital confirmation and entry details via the email provided.
  • Consultations: Scheduling for digital or in-person consultations will be coordinated following the initial booking confirmation.
  • Implementation Guarantee: ServiceBridge strives to implement all scheduled courses. If ServiceBridge is compelled to cancel a course (e.g., due to inadequate participant numbers or force majeure), course fees will be reimbursed in full.


6. Cancellations and Transfers

Registration for workshops is binding. If you are unable to attend, you may cancel your participation or transfer to a different course date. Replacement participants from the same organization are welcomed at no extra cost.


A. Deregistration Fees (Cancellations)

Cancellation Fee (% of course fee)

Up to 1 month - Free of charge

Up to 11 working days - 50% of the course fee

Less than 11 working days - 100% of the course fee

Non-attendance / Absence - 100% of the course fee


B. Change of Course (Transfers)

Timeframe prior to start

Transfer Fee (% of course fee)

Up to 1 month - Free of charge

Up to 11 working days - 25% of the course fee

Less than 11 working days - 50% of the course fee


Requests for deregistration or transfer must be submitted in writing (email) and confirmed by ServiceBridge.


7. Intellectual Property & Sovereignty

  • Ownership: All content on the Site, including text, diagrams, and workshop materials—is the intellectual property of BZ & Partners GmbH.
  • Usage of AI: In line with our transparency policy, certain visual assets are created through a hybrid process of human creative direction (Figma) and Generative AI (Midjourney). These remain protected under copyright law.
  • Sovereignty: Upon completion of custom engineering projects, the client retains the rights to the specific implementation logic as defined in their individual contract, supporting our "Technical Sovereignty" pillar.


8. User Conduct

When using the Site and integrated store, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate professional and billing information.
  • Refrain from any activity that seeks to disrupt the site infrastructure or harvest data.
  • Respect the confidentiality of theoretical business cases shared during workshops.


9. Limitation of Liability

ServiceBridge provides high-tier advisory and "Business Excellence" frameworks. However, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the implementation of discussed business cases. Industrial results depend on the client's internal execution and data maturity.


10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect legal or service updates.

Contracts are governed by the GTC in force at the time of the contract conclusion.


11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Principality of Liechtenstein.

Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Vaduz.
